Our ladies got together this summer to make bandana bags for children who receive help and care from our local Children's Advocacy Center. They have made hundreds of these bags to give to children who are clients at the CAC.
One of our outreach projects is the Dressmaking Group which has been meeting for many months to make simple sun-dresses that have been sent to the victims of natural disasters in both the Philippines and in Haiti. So far then have made right at 150 dresses! The last photos show the dresses arriving in the Philippines and being unpacked by the nun who will distribute them!
Our Outreach Ministry provides food for the local food pantry and the Christians in Action ministry.
Another project our Outreach Ministry hosts is a Christmas Party for our Angel Tree recipients. First Christian students join in the fun and eat pizza, play games and sing songs.
